Cookie Policy

The cookies this site sets, why they are needed, and how to control them.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device through your browser. Cookies let a site remember things between pages and visits — for example that a member of our team is signed in, or that a form was submitted from these pages.

The cookies we set

This site is deliberately minimal. It sets only two first-party cookies, both strictly necessary for it to work:

  • alt_session — keeps a member of our team signed in to the booking back office. It is HttpOnly (not readable by scripts), uses SameSite=Strict, and travels over HTTPS in production.
  • alt_csrf — a cross-site request forgery token that confirms forms on this site were submitted from these pages rather than from somewhere else.

Neither cookie is used to identify you for marketing, and neither is shared with third parties.

What we do not use

We use no analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. We embed no social media pixels, advertising tags or session-recording scripts, and we do not sell or share browsing data.

Payment providers

If you choose to pay online, you are handed to our payment provider to complete the transaction. That provider may set its own cookies or similar technologies on its own systems under its own policy, which we do not control. If you would rather not interact with a payment provider, choose cash on arrival where the experience allows it.

Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies, including blocking third-party cookies specifically. Blocking the two cookies above will not stop you browsing the catalogue, but it can interfere with submitting forms and with signing in.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting it and update this page. Questions: info@agadirlartours.com.
