Terms of Service

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference (AL-). Prices are calculated server-side at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable. Optional extras are only charged when selected during the booking process.

2. Payments

Where online payment is offered, full payment is taken at booking through the payment provider shown at checkout. Where cash on arrival is offered, payment is collected by the guide or driver at pickup. Receipts are available on request.

3. Cancellations and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Date changes are free subject to availability — contact us with your booking reference.

4. Weather and operational changes

Sea, desert and mountain activities depend on conditions. If we must cancel for safety or operational reasons, you receive a full refund or a free rebooking. Minor itinerary adjustments (order of stops, timing) may occur and do not entitle you to a refund.

5. Participation requirements

Some activities have age, health or fitness requirements stated on their product pages. The lead traveller is responsible for providing accurate passenger details. We may refuse participation when safety requirements are not met, in which case our cancellation terms apply.

6. Liability

We operate with licensed vehicles and insured guides. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking, except where local law provides otherwise. Personal belongings remain your responsibility during activities and transfers.
